Job Description:
Westwood Lawn Service is a small, family-oriented business in Kalamazoo, MI, looking for a reliable and experienced Snow Plow Driver for this winter season. This position will transition into full lawn maintenance work in the spring, offering a long-term career opportunity with consistent work year-round.

Position Details:

Winter (Snow Plow) Season:

• Hours range from 1-40 hours per week, with overtime possibilities based on weather conditions.
• Responsibilities include snow plowing, salting, and clearing driveways and parking lots during the winter months.

Spring (Lawn Maintenance):

• Transition to full lawn maintenance in the spring, with consistent hours of 30-40 hours per week.
• Duties will include mowing, edging, trimming, and general landscaping services.

Compensation:

• Pay range: $22 – $30 per hour, based on experience
